Do I have to switch brokerages to join Reside?
No. Reside is 100% brokerage-agnostic. We work with team leaders at Keller Williams, RE/MAX, eXp, Compass, Century 21, independent brokerages — you name it. You keep your brokerage relationship exactly as it is.
We work with you, not your broker.
How is Reside different from our competitors or hiring a coach?
Those are coaching programs. Reside is a full operating platform. You get coaching built on Jon Cheplak’s methodology — 35 years of coaching franchise CEOs and top operators. But you also get technology (FUB CRM, IDX website, Circle LMS), agent training programs (RISE, Amplify, Script Inferno), weekly operations support, and a full financial services team running your P&L every month.
What does it actually cost?
There’s a one-time onboarding fee of $10,000, which covers full tech stack deployment (CRM setup, IDX website, LMS access, and onboarding consulting). We can also structure it as $4,000 upfront with the remaining $6,000 spread over six months.
After that, you pay a monthly platform fee of $6,000. That’s the floor — always charged, covers everything. As your team grows, we add a 7% fee on incremental GCI above your baseline.
What’s the contract length? Can I leave if it’s not working?
The standard commitment is two years. That said, after your first six monthly payments, if you’re not seeing growth or ROI, there’s a pathway to exit. After the two-year term, you can exit with 30 days’ notice or it renews month-to-month.
We ask for two years because real change takes real time, and we’re going to invest heavily in you from day one. Teams that give it the full window see the compounding effect. Teams that bail early usually just didn’t stick with the process long enough.
Who is my coach? Do I get to pick?
You get assigned an executive coach based on your needs and situation. Our coaching bench includes experienced operators — people who have run $100M+ teams, built agent training programs, and scaled businesses. All coaches operate on Jon Cheplak’s methodology: the Four Principles, the Three Levers, and the CLIFF Conversation framework.
On top of your assigned coach, you get Jon Cheplak live every single week in a group leadership call. That’s access to 35 years of coaching franchise CEOs, available to every Reside client, every week.
What is Jon Cheplak’s role? Do I actually get time with him?
Jon is our Coach in Chief and the philosophical backbone of everything we do. Every week, he leads a live group leadership session for all Reside client team leaders. Jon is also a main speaker at Reside’s exclusive in-person events.
I’m not doing huge numbers yet. Is Reside for me?
Our ideal entry point is around $60,000 per month in GCI. If you’re in that range and serious about building a real team — not just doing deals yourself — then yes, we can work with you.
We’ve helped teams go from 5 agents to 27 in six months. We’ve helped solo producers launch their first team and hit six figures in net income within their first year. The question isn’t where you are now. It’s whether you’re committed to building something that runs without you.
What does “brokerage-agnostic” actually mean in practice?
It means we don’t have a stake in where you hang your license. We’re not trying to recruit you to LPT (though you’re welcome there). We don’t benefit from you switching brokerages. We work with teams at every major brand, and independent brokerages too.
Our job is to make your team more profitable and scalable. Your brokerage relationship is yours to manage.
What results can I actually expect?
Real numbers from real clients: Team Lally in Hawaii saw a 1,700% increase in net income comparing Q1 2025 to Q1 2026. Gale Group Realty in Ontario doubled their sales year over year. Secure Home Finder Team in South Carolina went from $15.3M sold in 2024 to $28M in 2025. Gillies Team Real Estate in Virginia grew sales 18% year over year.
We’re not going to promise you a specific number. But the track record is there.
How much time do I need to put in?
You don’t need to run this yourself. That’s the point. Lauren and Brooke handle onboarding, ops, and client support. Your assigned coach runs your weekly 1-on-1. Jon runs the group leadership call. Karlton and the training team run all agent programs.
You need to show up to your coaching calls, engage with the weekly Cheplak session, and actually work the system. We do the heavy lifting on infrastructure; you focus on leadership and recruiting. Teams that treat it like a passive subscription don’t get the results. Teams that engage do.
What technology do I get?
Every client gets a fully set-up tech stack: Follow Up Boss CRM (paid for by Reside, unlimited seats), an IDX website built on Sierra Interactive, YLOPO, or RealGeeks, Circle LMS with access to 90+ spaces and 100+ courses, a GoHighLevel subaccount for recruiting and automations, and QuickBooks for financials.
What’s the agent training program like?
Every new agent starts with a live Agent Orientation every month — an introduction to the platform, tools, and community. From there they get into CRM training held twice a month, where they actually learn how to work the system, not just log into it.
Then they hit the core programs. RISE is a monthly cohort covering conversation frameworks, accountability systems, CRM workflow, appointment setting, and script confidence. Amplify goes deeper: market data interpretation, negotiation, buyer and listing consultations. Script Inferno runs every week on live call scenarios and objection handling. Agent Weekly sales training runs every Thursday.
Do I have to be at LPT Realty since LPT acquired Reside?
No. LPT acquired Reside in February 2026, and Robert Palmer himself confirmed: Reside stays brokerage-agnostic. Any team, any brokerage. That’s non-negotiable.
Can Reside help me if I want to eventually exit my team or get out of production?
Yes — and that’s one of the most common reasons team leaders come to us. We’ve helped owners build teams specifically with an exit in mind: systematizing operations, removing themselves from production, and creating something sellable.
If your goal is a legacy team that runs without you in three to five years, that’s a blueprint we know well.
How does the financial services piece work?
Curtis Frye, our CFO, and his bookkeeping team run your P&L every month. You connect your QuickBooks account, they track expenses and income, and you get a monthly financial report. Every quarter, Curtis and Suneet host a group financial review — anonymized benchmarking data across Reside teams so you can see how your numbers compare to other teams at your scale.
Are there teams in my market already? Is there exclusivity?
We don’t offer formal geographic exclusivity, but we’re selective about how many teams we work with in a given area. If there’s another Reside team close to you, we’ll be upfront about it.
In many cases, we have no presence in a market at all — which means local referrals from the Reside network come straight to you. It’s worth asking.
What is the onboarding process like? What happens after I sign?
Week one: Brooke sets up your FUB CRM, IDX website, Circle access, and GHL subaccount. You get a full tech orientation. Your coach assignment happens in this window. You’re introduced to the Reside community.
From there, you’re in weekly coaching, weekly ops support with Lauren and Brooke, and your agents start RISE training. The first 90 days are the most intensive — we’re building infrastructure, getting your systems live, and running your first recruiting push.
What’s the referral network like?
With 57 active teams across 28 states and 2 Canadian provinces, referrals move through the community regularly. If you’re in a market where no other Reside team operates, you’re the default recipient for referrals in your region.
It’s not a formal system — it’s a real community of operators who work with each other.
What happens if I’m not seeing results after six months?
If you’ve made your six monthly payments and you’re genuinely not seeing growth or ROI, there’s a structured way to exit. We’ve never had a team reach that point and ask to leave, but we built that option in because we believe the relationship has to work for both sides.
What we’ve seen in practice: teams that are engaged and working the system see measurable movement within 90 days. Teams that struggle are usually not showing up consistently to coaching or haven’t committed to recruiting.
Why Reside and why now?
Coaching programs are everywhere. What they don’t give you is the full operating system — the tech, the training, the financial visibility, the community, and the methodology all in one place. You can hire a coach. You can buy a CRM. You can run your own training. But building all of that yourself takes years and costs more than most people think.
If you’re serious about building a scalable, profitable team — not just being a top producer — this is the conversation to have.
